Rocky Mountain Orthopaedic Associates proudly understands its role as a business leader in the communities it serves and accepts the responsibility to be a philanthropic leader as well. RMOA is committed to seeking and supporting promising programs from non-profit entities that are closely aligned with our defined charitable giving guidelines.

All donation requests must first qualify based upon the criteria defined in our Charitable Giving Policy. (PDF) If you feel your program qualifies for a donation, please complete the Charitable Giving Application and submit as instructed. Our review board will submit an answer to your request by email, provided that you include your email address on the application.
